ATRI Releases List of Top 100 Trucking Bottlenecks

The American Transportation Research Institute has released the findings of its 2014 Congestion Impact Analysis of Freight-Significant Highway Locations. The data is associated with the FHWA-sponsored Freight Performance Measures initiative. The locations detailed in this latest ATRI report represent the top 100 congested locations.
